Standard shipping time:
Cairo & Alexandria: within 2-4 working days.
Canal & Delta: within 2-3 working days.
Upper Egypt: within 5-7 working days.

Returns
Returns / Exchange & Refund of unused/undamaged products are acceptable within 14 days from purchase date.
Shipping fees of returns is 40 L.E and 75 L.E for exchanges.
Refunds take place within 2-5 working days.
